The Eagles asked for permission to talk to KC’s Chris Ballard. Established candidates who have some power now will not want this job. The new person won’t have control of the roster or the draft.
Before we talk names, let’s understand the job a bit more. The Eagles need a personnel guy to work with Chip Kelly and help him run that side of things.
